Under an agreement dated November 25, 2009, Commerce Title has agreed to purchase these branches from Pulte Homes, Inc. or certain of its subsidiaries. The closing of the purchase is contingent upon satisfaction of various conditions, including receipt of applicable licenses or regulatory approvals. Until the purchase closes, these branches will remain under the ultimate ownership of Pulte Homes, Inc. but will continue to operate under the Commerce Title name both before and after the closing of the transaction.
