Estimated Closing Cost 2.0 is a Windows® Desktop program for estimating a seller's net proceeds and/or determining a buyer's total cost to close when purchasing or selling a home.
It is a tool to assist when making informed decisions during real estate transactions. Default cost values are automatically entered based on the type of settlement chosen.
The program works well as a relocation tool as well. This version of the software
contains 33 Texas counties covering four major regions of the state. The
tax tables are updated annually and can be downloaded as a patch. The estimates can also be printed in Spanish. |
