Melvin John
Vice President, Commercial Division
Melvin John serves as Vice President and Manager of Commerce Title Company's national commercial division. His responsibilities include overseeing the division and seeking new business opportunities.
Mr. John's previous experience includes more than 30 years in the title insurance industry. Before joining Commerce Title, he served as senior account manager at LandAmerica Financial Group for nine years, specializing in national and international sales.
Over the years, he has held various senior management positions including serving as President for Safeco Land Title, Executive Vice President for Donna Vaughn & Associates and Senior Vice President and Southwest Division Manager for Ticor Title Insurance.
He received his bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of California-Los Angeles. He is an active member of numerous industry-related organizations, including the Texas Land Title Association, The Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial & Office Property, where he serves on the national committee and on two councils for ULI. He also serves as director for the American Red Cross.

Andy Lydick
Commercial Division Counsel
Mr. Lydick serves as Commercial Division Counsel for Commerce Title Company's national commercial division. He has an extensive legal and title background.
Upon completion of law school, he began his career in the title industry as an attorney examiner at Ticor Title Insurance Company. Following his direct operations experience, he served as assistant regional underwriting counsel for a national title underwriter, covering eight states including Texas. After spending four years in Austin as assistant general counsel to a Texas underwriter, Andy became a partner with Dallas' leading foreclosure law firm.
In 1993, he began private law practice and opened his own title insurance closing office in Dallas. Over his career, Andy has worked with more than $1 billion worth of commercial property. He has a proven track record and is qualified to handle the most complex title transactions.
Mr. Lydick earned a bachelor of science degree with honors, a master's from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a law degree from The University of Arkansas. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Texas Land Title Association where he has chaired and held numerous board positions.

Roxanne Q. Linscomb
Commercial Escrow Manager, National Division
Ms. Linscomb has worked in the title industry since the early 1990s. She has a vast array of expertise and experiences in title, escrow and accounting with both underwriters and agents. She is highly skilled in closing and funding multi-family transactions, shopping centers and the hospitality industry. She provides her customers with a single point-of-contact for multi-site and multi-state commercial transactions. She is knowledgeable of industrial, TIC's, bond closings and 1031 exchanges with experience in multi-site and multi-state closings including office parks, office buildings, retail centers, auto dealerships, land purchases, HUD closings and multi-family property. Before joining Commerce Title, she was employed with LandAmerica's national commercial services operations.
Ms. Linscomb attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association.

Eric Dahlberg
Commercial Escrow Officer
Eric is an accomplished closer with a background in Business and a degree from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Before joining Commerce Title Company, Eric attended law school at the Southern Methodist University - Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas where he graduated with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May of 2005. After law school Eric joined the U.S. Small Business Administration where he worked as a Attorney closing residential loans and commercial loans for victims affected by natural disasters throughout the United States. Eric also has previous exnperience with a national underwriter in its national commercial services operations.
He currently closes a variety of commercial transactions including multi-site franchise transactions, land acquisitions, leasehold purchases, business asset purchases, commercial refinancing transactions and 1031 exchange transactions.

Bradford D. Keene
Vice President & Executive Account Manager
Brad brings many talents to Commerce Title Company’s Commercial Division from a professional background in sales, marketing, financial services and investments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas in Austin. Brad will focus on domestic and international commercial title services with an emphasis on identifying debt, equity and JV relationships and asset sales/disposition for commercial clients. Active in the Dallas community, he serves as President and Board Member of The Friends of Kenneth B. Jonsson Fine Books Exhibit Gallery – J. Erik Jonsson Dallas Public Library. Member of the Selection Committee and Board Member of the Field Scovell Scholarship Foundation. Additionally, he serves as the American Liaison of Generacion 2000, an organization of Mexican Business leaders promoting cross border business investment and public policy initiatives. Professionally, Brad is involved with ICSC, NAIOP and TREC.

Ms Haugh has extensive experience in providing customized solutions and applications to clients and she brings this knowledge and expertise to the title industry. Katy has a Marketing degree from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Cash Manager. From her experience as a Senior Vice President at Chemical Banking Corporation and with Arthur Andersen & Co., Katy has developed integrated solutions to meet unique customer requirements and she has proven her ability to exceed the customers’ expectations. Katy has served on the board and continues to serve on the board of various volunteer and charity organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association of Dallas, A.W.A.R.E., the National Charity League, the Junior League of Dallas, and the Northwood Club Women’s Golf Association.

Ms. Jones serves as a Commercial Escrow Officer for Commerce Title Company and has more than seven years of title and escrow experience. She has extensive knowledge and expertise of commercial closings in numerous states. She has experience in various types of commercial transactions, including land acquisitions, lot take-downs, multi-family units, retail, land and 1031 exchanges.
Prior to joining Commerce Title Company, her previous work experience included employment with Hexter-Fair Title Company.

Coletta Squires
Commercial Escrow Assistant, National Commercial Division
Mrs. Squires has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and title insurance fields. Coletta formally worked with LandAmerica Financial Group in its Dallas National Closing Office where she has supported commercial Closers as an assistant in multi site transactions in multiple regions of the United States. She has consistently and professionally provided support to both the front end of commercial transactions by reviewing incoming title work for accuracy in legal descriptions and also Coletta provides support in the post closing matters such as obtaining releases and preparing final policies of Title Insurance.
